Introduction：Steel structure villa system technology refers to the technology by which buildings under the sixth floor can be built with 100% cold-formed steel material. The main building components of the technological system consist of cold-formed steel and a small crane span structure which is made up of light thin-walled sqaure tube welded by galvanized cold-formed at high frequency and triangular V-type connectors.
The crane span structure of square tube structure can be used in the production of all building components such as beam, wall, floor and roof, which are processed and finished at the factory, and then are transported to the construction site for installation of the main structure. After that, internal and external wall panels and roof panels are laid, while the heat and sound insulation materials are to be filled into the interspaces between walls, floor panels and roof crane span structure.

Advantages and Features

1. Wind and Earthquake Resistance.
Light steel modular (villa) system's manin part is made up of connectors whose sectional views are square, retangular and V respectively. Hollow steel structure which is not esay to control, together with connecting of crane span structure in a good way, divide the transmission of force evenly to complete the load transmission system, thus increasing its anti-torsion and anti-multiway-load capacities.

2. Energy Saving and Sound Insulation
The wall and floor of the light steel construction villa are made up of crane span structures of two separate pipe casting. There is rock wool filled into the interspaces of the crane span structures, which has good vibration isolation, sound-absorbing functions because it holds back the external noise and chaotic vibration. Experimental results show that the thermal resistance of the external wall panel system is: RSI=2.53U(W/M2.0U), R=14.4. The designed sound volunme of the non-load-bearing walls is: RW=50 decibel, so the structure has good themal and sound insulation performance.

3. Fire Safety Protection
Light steel modular villa system uses panels with good fire-proof performance, such as fiber cement board. Actual test has shown the material is able to bear big fire for 2 and a half hours, thus it has met requirments of National Fire Code.

4. Low Carbon Emission and Environmental Protection
For housing renovation in the future, dismantled components still can be reused with high recovery rate, so such building has met the requirements of the green ecological building assessment system established by international developed countries. According to the relevant provisions of China's "Technical Points of National Healthy Demonstration Project", red bricks shouldn't be used to build the house, and thus having protected the farmland.
