Ⅰ. Using Attentions
1. Fire-proof Notice
Fire is the most frequently happening on construction site, if your container house used EPS sandwich panel as wall panel, you need pay attention to. （1）Do not welding near by the wall; （2）Please add fire-proof device for heating stove in winter; （3）Do not use torch lamp on house’s materials, in particular a container house are done the water-proof treatment; （4）Should use metal pipe when laying electric wires indoor, which can touch with ground or adopt fire-proof material as pipe, and electric line should add bushing throughout wall panel.
2. Fixed container house on the ground as possible as you can.
Because the weight of color-steel container house is lighter than steel structure house, which might be blown up when forcing by the wind of Grade 8 and that is dangerous. So, we should install the fixed bottom device such like building the prefab house when using steel container house.
3. Forbidden three floors stacking
We often see there are the prefab house with three levels on construction site. If the container house be piled up three levels, that will be a great security risk due to its weight is lighter.
Ⅱ. Installation Attentions
1. Tile and wall panel should not have visible deformation, damaged; Bolt, covered- edge lines, glass glue without lack and damaged.
2. Wall panel must be accurately placing and smooth appearance.
3. Electric wires in room should be covered by PVC grooves, and keep neat; Setting Electrical machines should be according to plan; Electric wires are not out insulation aging and do not lengthen wires for using.
4. Fire-proof: The distance of fire-proof must be suit for the planning and the standard requirements, fire engine access should be unimpeded; Fire hydrant should be placed as solution; The oxygen index of steel side of sandwich panel should be more than 32, floor board should be processed fire-proof treatment.
5. Lightning protection: The lightning protection and grounding design must be accorded with the requirements of plannings and standards; Grounding resistance must be qualified text.
6. Anti-corrosion: Steel structure should be pained, no rust, well protection for expose bolts; The drainage around house is great, drains without accumulated water and no sundries.
